Germano has helped us navigate some major works, balancing our needs as landlords with that of the tenants ensuring all parties have been kept informed. We had a really hard time trying to find a property that my husband I both loved for a very long time. By truly listening to all of our non-negociables, Treon showed us with a beautiful selection of homes. He took his time with us and allowed us to have a good understanding of what the market had to offer.It wasn’t long before we fell in love with a home. The worst customer service Ive ever hard to endure. Yes Im going to name and shame because this has just become ridiculous. Emma Smith who deals with leasehold extensions. Why haven't you responded to my countless emails and phone calls. Or at least your PA or assistant. I have heard nothing! I am the owner of a flat in St Albans looking to extend the lease. I requested some information regarding lease extension back on the 18th March. It is now 30th April. Martyn Gerrad said they would respond with an answer after Easter. 3/4weeks ago. I have sent them countless emails and called them at least 10times explaining that I would like a response. Still nothing. Anyone reading this at Martyn Gerrard, let Emma Smith now that I am serious unimpressed with how you have dealt with this situation. Literally all I'm asking for is an UPDATE on the leasehold extension. Thats all. How hard is it to send an email saying "Thanks Billy, we're dealing with this inquiry and we will get back to you as soon as the freehold has got back to me." Literally take you 10seconds. But no, you being lazy and you haven't updated me in anyway or shape or form. Even through I have asked for countless times.

I am writing this review to express my concern at the way I have been treated during interview stage. I have now been invited on 3 separate occasions by a recruiter working on behalf of Martyn Gerrard for an initial interview with Shelly Baker ( HR Manager), however each time I was given hours notice that it would need to be rescheduled without any consideration of my time or efforts going into prepare for the conversation. On the 4th time I declined to go further with the process.Details: The first time I was booked in for interview was 12/04/2024 at 13:30. On that day the recruiter called to ask me if I could change the time of the interview to 14:30, due the fact that Shelly was delayed by another appointment, which I agreed on as these things can happen. At 14:00 the recruiter called me again on behalf of Shelly, to inform me that she could not make it. I was asked to move the interview to Monday 15th April at 13:00. I agreed to do so, as I was very interested in the role and the company, particularly as Martyn Gerrard seemed to take pride in investing in people and supporting them throughout their career. On Monday 15th April at 9:30, the recruiter called on behalf of Shelly to cancel the interview appointment and ask to reschedule. This would have been the 4th time.At this point I felt I was treated extremely unprofessionally and made me question if this is the way that Maryn Gerrard conducts business and treats external clients, how would they treat staff once they had signed the contract?I have informed the recruiter that I am not interested in pursing anymore the process, as I did not feel that I was treated professionally or with any respect.I'm writing this review to express my disappointment in the way the "HR Manager" has conducted the interview process and I hope that someone within the organisation will pick this review up and address it accordingly.

They are professional, responsive and always a pleasure to deal with.Zoe Sophocles is my primary point of contact and has worked on the last few tenancy renewals with me. Her client service is second to none. I always appreciate her insight and honesty, she follows up when she says she will and is polite and professional at all times. There has never been an issue and that is down to Zoe handling things so brilliantly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Jamie Allen and Saad Saleem were very helpful! Jamie arranged several property views on the same day definitely faster my property searching process. And prompt response between me and the seller, answered all the questions I asked. Once the offer is accepted, it passed to Saad. And Saad helped to chase the developer to response the queries from solicitor and fixing the issue on the snagging report before exchange contract. Wonderful experience!

Martyn gerrard ruined my lifeI stopped working because of the mental pressure they put me through. I ask from my ex-husband to be the guarantor because this is the way to rent , the day before the signing, I talk to Lee ( Finchley Central ) on the phone and tell him, I saw a house in another company at 1800 and I want to go see it (lee told me you would lose 500 pounds, I told him it was fine) and I also told Lee that I am interested in seeing another house different company and I asked most importantly to see the house again, because I don't remember the house and they didn't tell me what would stay when you rent a place you need to get this information. Behind my back on Saturday that I am Jewish, Lee was in contact with my ex-husband and asked him to sign, my ex-knew that I was asking to see the house because he saw me trying and calling, in any case my ex signed on Saturday (I would never let it happen because I am Jewish ) Only on Monday he inform me that he had signed, I asked Lee to see the house urgently, three days after the signing, (the first time I saw the house it was three minutes, because the French guy doesn’t have commission.The second time it was already after signing that I had no idea what was left at home and what wasn't. Since then I stopped working and I am in a bad state of mind, they forced me to take the house. The second time he showed me after the signing, I begged that I don't want the house, why are you pushing me a house?!?! I'm paying £2000 for a house I don't want. I cry to them on the phone, I hear them laughing. They just destroyed a family. I had many fights with my ex-divorce to whom I explained that I was asking to Lee the house a second time ( when I saw the house for three minutes in the first time, it’s been very dark I couldn’t see well )because he didn't give me any explanations. Lee knew I wanted to see the house again why I called 15 times the day before. ( on Friday I call 15 time and I spoke with lee seven minutes to tell him wait. I need to see another house ) Lee behind my back, been in touch with my ex and he signature and put me in two years without a break.Adi Haiman ( you can write me on Facebook if you wanna know the story )I can send you in Tesco how many time I called Thursday and Friday before the signature before 15 time I tried to stop this signature.Like I explained behind my back Lee been at my ex and put me in trouble.Citizens advice right for them later and explain him to give me the money back but they didn’t want to give me the money back they wanna make me hard time.

When I put my flat on the market at the beginning of March 2023, I did not envisage that I would still be living in it at the year’s end. But so it was, as interest rates climbed and nerves were stretched. In the first weeks of 2024, we sailed into calmer water towards completion. Treon was a rock, a consistent presence throughout, dispensing useful information and wise advice, always reassuring, and cajoling when it was needed. I learned an enormous amount from the sales team, and always felt supported. I chose Martyn Gerrard for their track record as local estate agents, their knowledge of the area, and their professionalism and efficiency. It was the right choice.
