Very professional, courteous and friendly

Marlon helped my wife and I to to buy a flat in Finchley area. He understood our needs very well and he communicated our position to the seller in the most professional manner. While he gave us enough space to take our actions, he was in contact with and chased everyone professionally including the seller, solicitors and the surveyor and kept everyone up to date. This really helped the process to go smoothly and swiftly. Review of marlon brown from Finchley central office

We bought a house in Finchley and moved in in June this year. We got to know Marlon pretty well; we were looking since October 2014 and saw a number of properties with him. Moving house is stressful for everyone involved, we decided to have our second baby during this process!! So we were looking at properties whilst I was heavily pregnant and putting in offers whilst I was in labour. Then all the politics pre exchange post offer acceptance had its own challenges Anyway throughout the whole process he was patient, not too "in your face", but professional. First impressions count and after we saw one house with him, I said to my husband " I'd like to buy a house from marlon" and 10 months later, we did!
