Amazing, honest, first class service!

We recently put our family home on the market with the Finchley Centeral office as we were looking to upsize. Scott the branch manager came to value our house and we instantly felt we were dealing with someone genuine and very knowledgeable and not your typical ' pushy estate agent'. He came full prepared and answered any questions and queries and went out his way to follow up and help on a number of occasions. Having been seeking to sell our house for some time with another agency, my wife and I turned to Martyn Gerrard and to Marlon who I spoke to regularly. In overview, Marlon is fantastic to work with. He is calm, professional, courteous, upbeat and impressive. Marlon got to know our house well and is a very good salesman. He had an excellent list of contacts and despite the market being somewhat unstable during the process, he organised a large stream of prospective viewers to come and see our property. He picked up on all of the information we had given him about the house and used some of his own expertise to market the property effectively. The sale of our house was relatively straightforward, and thank you to everyone involved to that point, but it was in the after sale period that Marlon at Martyn Gerrard really helped. We had a delayed completion date and Marlon was excellent at keeping in touch in with all parties including the new homes developer at the very end of the chain. He kept our buyers and ourselves informed and was spot on with his estimate of the likely completion date. In addition to this he carried out several accompanied viewings of our property after the exchange when our buyers wanted to show their architects around.
