View AgentsSold in less than a week - thanks to "Super Sophie"
we had our property on the market for 3 months with another agent with no luck, then we switched to Martyn Gerrard and got an offer we were happy with within 1 week ! I think Martyn Gerrard has the profile, and local coverage to be the best in this area (N3)
Also I can't fault the service we received from Sophie Henry, Great communication and professional throughout the process.
I thoroughly recommend Martyn Gerrard to anyone selling a property

Sophie at MG Finchley did a really good job with the sale of the house.
Nothing was too much trouble for her and her customer care was 100%.
She kept a positive attitude through out the sale procedure.
I can recommend her and very highly.

View AgentsGreat service when selling flat
I recently exchanged on my 2 bedroom flat, and couldn't have done it without Sophie Henry. She helped negotiate a great price early on, and was patient, diligent, and persistent through the long months and complications that ensued, until we finally exchanged. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or Martyn Gerrard in general.
