Germano is a lettings superhero. He is unfailingly a pleasure to deal with, delivering impeccable service that is of another era. Working with him comes as such a relief at a time when the rental market is characterised by poor levels of service which have become acceptable if not the norm in many agencies. Germano meets every issue with a clear and level-head, where no problem is too big to fix, giving both us and our tenants a positive, upbeat attitude and the confidence to know that any issue will be sorted promptly and professionally. Craig Thompkins, Raphael B, Ben, Fatmir and all the team at Martyn Gerrard did a wonderful job when selling our house in North London. They communicated brilliantly and were always on hand when we needed them. They gave us positive, realistic appraisals of value in a market they know inside out, and made sure to match up our house with buyers who had what needed (chain free, proceedable, committed to buying our lovely house with the funds to do it). Craig, Raphael, Ben and Fatmir were massively supportive, proactive, and kept in contact, as well as having great relationships with us and with prospective buyers. A high value property transaction requires genuine trust in the agent, and the MG team delivered that throughout. It was a brilliant service and l wouldn't hesitate to recommend Craig, Raphael, Ben, Fatmir and all the team at Martyn Gerrard.

Just wanted to give a great review for Suraj Depala at Martyn Gerrard, I think the north Finchley branch. We ultimately found a flat with a different Martyn Gerrard office in a different area, but Suraj was an amazing agent. He was communicative, proactive and understanding. After wanting to see a flat that a different agent never got back to us about (after a few emails and phone calls), Suraj called me about another one, casually suggested the flat we originally wanted and was extremely helpful in arranging a viewing and offer on the flat. Ultimately we missed it because the other agent never got back to us and someone had put an offer on just before we did, but Suraj kept me informed on what was going on. He was helpful and just lovely to work with. Thank you!

As a school PTA we are extremely grateful for the support we have received from MG over the years. Amy in particular has been super helpful. We communicate with her with such ease, she always gets back to us quickly and comes up with suggestions of how we can work together. The team at MG have gone over and above to support us. Being judges at our annual Talent show 🎤 (on a Friday night in a crowded school hall for three hours!). Supervising our bouncy castle at school fetes. Helping with promo.And the regular income we receive from our commitment to families having boards up has been a huge support to us in times of l financial constraints. This has allowed us to purchase things for the school we would not have been able to. I had been searching for a new property for over two years now trying to juggle getting a buy to let so that I could upsize from my one double bed and one single bedroom flat for my daughter and me. After about 3 years of looking, I finally found somewhere in the right location and on budget. I had to sell my property in order to buy the new one. Having developed a relationship over time with many estate agents, I chose Martyn Gerrard. They gave me a fair valuation. I had got a very low valuation from one popular estate agent, so was very happy with their valuation. With a very good database of perspective buyers and a steady stream of viewings, it took about 3 weeks for my property to sell. They have a very personal touch and I was able to have many in-depth discussions. They were also very good with our pet cat Bucky during viewings. I would definitely recommend them Martin and Mark were my main contacts and I really appreciated how our relationship evolved over time, there was no pressure and my requirements were met at every stage! Lynsey was absolutely amazing showing us our new home. Right from the start, from the first time I called her to enquire about the house she was warm, professional and efficient and we managed to sort a viewing and offer all in one day! Whilst at the property she was super friendly and helpful showing us around and answering all our questions. I was struggling to find tenants for my flat and engaged Martyn Gerrard after months of trying. They advised on the correct rental for market conditions at the time and found tenants very quickly. Anthony Spittle led the campaign and was attentive and very reliable. He always did what he said he would do. The rest of the team, Marcella in particular, have shown an excellent level of professionalism throughout the whole process. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other landlords.

We worked with Lynsey Humphreys Lee from the Finchley Central branch, and she was exceptional in helping my partner and me find a flat.She was incredibly accommodating with the viewing time and made sure we could view the flat at times that suited us (something we have found particularly challenging during our flat-hunting journey), she was friendly and helpful during the viewing, and her assistance with sorting out some paperwork afterwards has made the process soo much less stressful.Thanks for all your help!

Andre Waldron was great. We felt we were working with our friend rather than an estate agent. He patiently showed us a few houses, without pushing anything. When we found the house, he gave us some advice on how to place an offer that would be effective. When we thought everything was fine our buyer pulled out, but Andre managed to convince our seller not to put the house back in the market, giving us time to find another buyer. We were in a big chain, the process wasn't an easy one, but throughout it we were being informed of everything. We highly recommend Martyn Gerrard and Andre Waldron.
