Great estate agents, especially Jaysuri Roach!

We have recently sold our property with Martyn Gerrard and the team have been fantastic. Our main contact for the sale was Jaysuri Roach, and five stars doesn't feel enough for the level of service, support and assistance he gave us during the sale. I feel the true mark of a company is how they deal with problems (especially as they were in no way caused by Jay!) but the hiccups we had with the sale along the way were made so much easier to deal with knowing Jay was on the end of the phone and his "don't worry - I'm on it!" was always followed up with updates and resolutions. Jay genuinely cares and he was an absolute joy to work with.

Surprising and Grateful Journey

My wife and I must have to express our great appreciation and thanks to Mr. David Mitchell of Martyn Gerrard.It is indeed a long and tough process in buying our house. My wife and I are very much frustrated with some issues related to the vendor and thinking to quit the purchasing stopping the exchange of contract.David has been, in many instances and even cancelling his annual leaves, kindly coordinating, negotiating and providing his professional advice and perspectives to us that keeps the deal to continue and finally done. Without his input, the long time spent in the process would have been wasted.We are much delighted that it is now settled and looking forward to moving into our first house in UK.

Wai Lee block management for Waddington…

Wai Lee block management for Waddington Close is just the best!! He gets the jobs done!! Since he has been block management about 18 months now hd has done soo much…having all the communal ares painted, all new doors on out bin sheds as well as new locks for them, new door steps for our main front door!! Excellent advice and very effective teamwork

Having changed agents I have a good comparitive view and I can honestly say MG were incredibly impressive right from the start. The speed with which all the details were organised and the sophisticated use of technology to the efficiency of the people in the office up to and including Jenna, office manager, made the listing and viewing and administyration process was speedy and efficient. A good number of viewings were achieved and after two well handled price reductions a well qualified buyer made an acceptable offer. We are waiting to agree an exchange date so the sale can proceed.Specifically I would like to highlight the skills of Raphael Spiro Barrett, Senior Sales Negotiator who was my main contact and the quality service from Raph and his team. He has provided excellent advice all the way through and has guided the sale effectively, hopefully to conclusion very soon. Raphael and the whole MG team have been a pleasure to work with. Declan worked really hard on the sale…

Declan worked really hard on the sale of our flat, and even though we encountered a lot of stumbling blocks he was continuously pushing it along to get it over the line. We worked with a very competent team, specifically Jenna (manager) and Gabriela (our agent), who were the main members involved in the sale of our property. Jenna is knowledgeable about market pricing and made a fair assessment of the potential premium pricing as well as achievable market pricing. Gabriela, our main contact did not waste our time with constant viewing for the sake of creating traffic but was instead deliberate with selecting the right prospects leading to the final conclusion on the sale. She was attentive, responsive and nothing less than friendly throughout the whole process. We appreciate the collaboration and would choose MG again.

Scott and team recently took on the challenge of selling my rental property - I requested private sale only and gave them a two-week window. Scott was brilliant at nevigating a difficult situation with limited access to the house. The team arranged 8 viewings for a 2.5hour window and I received two cash offers. The house is now under offer and Scott and Jatin continue to be fully hands on and provide around the clock service. An excellent experience. Very good local knowledge and knowledge of the market. Scott is very clear both in his valuations and in the process. Manages the team really well. They have an excellent process because they have a very large database of potential serious buyers and sell off market as well as advertised. They really doubled down as a team to find me a buyer in a matter of days in a relatively challenging market. Shuhan was always available with any conveyancing queries. Some original ideas, for instance, a WhatsApp group, use of Instagram. Altogether, of the best agents I’ve worked with and certainly the best ones in Finchley.

Extremely Prompt, Friendly & Positive

I've been searching for a property for a couple of months now, but I haven't come across an agency that communicates with the client to this level via calls, email & text ensuring that the set date/time are convenient before the viewing. On the viewing date I arrived a couple of minutes earlier to find the agent already waiting outside with a welcoming warm smile. Jodie showed us around the property highlighting all its strengths & positive factors as if it was her own property for rent. Although the property didn't tick some of my basic wants, I explained to Jodie what I was looking for as I knew for a fact it's not easy to find such a positive agent who took great interest in the client's need as if it was their own. Great Service!
