GoogleWe bought our flat in Finchley through Martyn Gerrard 3 years ago. We had fantastic help from Marlon. Because of his help, when we decided to sell the flat, a few months ago, we appointed him to find a buyer. We are pleased that we did, because he not only found a buyer within a week but he was really very "hand on" and effective in getting the managing agents and the lawyers to bring the sale to exchange.

Martyn Gerrard were great to work with. They always did what they said they were going to do...not always my experience with some estate agents! The valuation process, advice and mechanics of getting photographed, particulars agreed, viewings arranged and negotiating with interested buyers, coordinating the other elements of the chain...all went extremely smoothly. Not to mention achieving the price suggested. We couldn't have expected any more. Bravo Martyn Gerrard...and Mark and Annie!

My house sold for a top price and the agent who I dealt with Jatin Shah was very calm and professional and managed all the difficulties we encountered in a very efficient and friendly manner. It’s a stressful business selling a house but the team at MG made it much easier for me.

Jenna the sales manager has been involved with the sale of a huge % of the local properties over a long period and hence is able to give great advice to buyers and sellers. We are first time buyers and when we shortlisted the property that ticked all boxes, Kyri came across a seasoned professional. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and most importantly very responsive to all our queries however basic they could be. Kyri would close all the open loops of what could have been a very daunting process - right from the viewings up till the point of handover. The Trusted AgentKyri has been so incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process of buying a flat. I'm a first time buyer and had no idea what or how stressful the process was going to be. Kyri was always on the end of the phone or email and I felt really supported by him. He was do trustworthy and honest throughout the whole process, and even though it was slow and painful at times he kept the ball moving in the right direction.

Found a listing on Zoopla by this company, got in touch with them and told them to either email me the details of the tenancy and send me the video of the apartment, if the apartment met my needs and requirements I was ready to pay the holding deposit for this property, they told me that they will get in touch with me as soon as they can, week goes by, they never do. No email no phone call no what’s app message, even though I specifically asked them to get in touch as soon as they can. Now the property is off the market. I do not understand why make all these promises and lose a potential customer by not getting in touch with them.

We recently put our family home on the market with the Finchley Centeral office as we were looking to upsize. Scott the branch manager came to value our house and we instantly felt we were dealing with someone genuine and very knowledgeable and not your typical ' pushy estate agent'. He came full prepared and answered any questions and queries and went out his way to follow up and help on a number of occasions. I felt overall the office couldn't do enough for us and went out their way on a number of occasions to help us.
