Marlon handled our sale of the house we had lived in for 18 years and our purchase of a new flat. In what was a very stressful move for us, Marlon handled both the sale and purchase with reassuring skill keeping us informed at every stage of the process.. He has excellent interpersonal skills. He is very professional in his approach, always courteous, supportive and easy to talk to, but also understanding when to be direct and focused in the interests of getting the job done. There were several difficult moments in the process when things did not go quite to plan. Marlon was always clear, honest and upfront but we never doubted that he was acting in our interests. We have had a very positive experience with Martyn Gerrard. When our rental tenant through another agent fell through the day we were moving out, MG came to the rescue. They had 4 viewings scheduled in within an hour and the same day, had us an offer from a great tenant. From that point on, Rayan, our main contact ensured that all the checks and deposits were progressed as swiftly as possible and kept us fully informed with a daily call to share progress. We have come across numerous agents over the past three years during our search for a new home and sale of our existing property and Sophie has been the agent in whom we have had the most confidence in. She was spot on in terms of her clients’ needs and was highly professional and efficient throughout the transaction. Marlon helped my wife and I to to buy a flat in Finchley area. He understood our needs very well and he communicated our position to the seller in the most professional manner. While he gave us enough space to take our actions, he was in contact with and chased everyone professionally including the seller, solicitors and the surveyor and kept everyone up to date. This really helped the process to go smoothly and swiftly. Even after a couple of weeks of us buying the flat, Marlon has been helping us with some of the questions we missed at the time of the purchase. The agents were responsive to my needs, assured me that they would market it well and that despite it being Xmas week they would get it rented. The large web of agents within the Martyn Gerrard family allowed agents in other areas to view the flat and make it available to potential tenant. It worked and I signed with tenants just as MG was closing for Xmas - in fact they stayed open for the purpose! Tenants are already in place. Eva and Rayan were exceedingly professional and helpful

Eva, the Lettings Manager, and her colleagues - Eros and Sarah have been most helpful in letting my one bedroom flat, located above Greggs in Finchley Central.. Tenants move in on Friday 16 December - 2 days time ........ Eva is genuinely welcoming, pro-active and highly professional and was always available to advise and answer my questions. whether in person, by e mail or by telephone. She understands the lettings market exceptionally well and is fully up to date on lettings law and best practice. I recommend her and Martyn Gerrard to all who wish to let their flat in the Finchley area and note that their rent guarantee scheme comes at no extra cost, an added bonus. .
