I arranged a 5pm viewing. I was advised that the viewing had moved to 17.30 when I was already at the property with my son. The agent didn't meet myself and the 2 other families waiting until 17.50 without any further call or even apology. Infact he had the audacity to argue with me about it.I have not experienced such an unprofessional service from an estate agent in 15 years.

Worst company to deal with!!! Let my flat through them with rent guarantee, the tenants decided not to pay and I am left out of pocket! What is the purpose of your rent guarantee scheme if you can't guarantee the rent. Worst communication ever, emails are hardly replied, person dealing with you is never in office! DO NOT USE THEM!

We understand there was an issue with the rent guarantee in this particular instance as only part of the money due to you was paid out after the tenant - who had been paying the rent properly for some time - suddenly stopped paying. As you know our Head of Property Management has been working on this for you and has now got the insurance company to pay all the money due to you.Again we are sorry that you have had these issues and that it has taken longer than we would have expected to sort out with the insurers.

It’s been 2 weeks since the damage occurred and there’s been no progress. Unscrupulous company - avoid.

Hi Ben, we understand that the issue you're experiencing relates to the building next door, managed by our Block Management team. We’ve been in touch with you via email and phone to keep you informed, and we’ll continue to keep you informed as we follow up with the contractor to resolve this as quickly as possible.The repairs were necessary to address a leak affecting your flat and our property. We replaced the capstones on the parapet wall between the two properties, as the old rendering on both sides was severely damaged and likely the main cause of the leaks. Unfortunately, it seems the contractor did not clean up properly after finishing their work, and we are actively pursuing them to rectify this. However, we believe the damage to the wall was due to the age and condition of the rendering rather than the contractor’s actions. With the new capstones in place, we expect this should prevent any further leaks.
