GoogleAfter looking for many flats to rent, Gintaras at Martyn Gerrard offered to show us round 2 flats the day after calling. We liked one of the flats and he was very helpful and friendly throughout the process of us putting in an offer to rent it. All information was sent to us in an orderly fashion and we signed for the property in a relatively short time. Thanks for your help Gintaras, I would recommend you again.

Googlemy boyfriend and i have had a great experience moving into our new flat with Martyn Gerrard as our agent. we dealt mainly with Can, however when he was on annual leave we also dealt with some of his colleges, the cross over and transfer of information at this point was faultless. the team, specifically Can, have been incredibly professional and thorough. Can has gone out of his way to assist us in a process that certainly didn't go as smoothly as hoped due to issues that came up with moving out of our current property. Email responses were prompt and help, or answers to questions were never hard to come by. When issues came about, it was never a case of been told no, we were always given suggestions and alternate options to go around. I would recommend Martyn Gerrard to other hoping to move - i was really pleased with my experience.

I was very satisfied with Martyn Garrard when I bought my Stroud Green home from them a few years ago. However, their lettings department is beyond poor. Poor and confusing advice including stating that they would submit the HMRC tax withholding form when it is the landlord's responsibility. Had to deal with the tenants directly to ensure that all the requirements were done such as cleaning, inventory and electrical inspections. Took over 2 months to get a response on charges and then refused to accept any responsibility for not dealing with my complaint in a timely or professional manner! Sorry to say, I would not use them again

GoogleThese people are scum, just like all other real estate agents. First people to view a flat, immediately we put a holding deposit down and were assured we would have the flat. Mysteriously the tenants 'decided to stay on' despite being told by the letting agent they had "just bought a house". Obviously the letting agent cracked on to someone else about our offer, and told them to outbid us. A waste of my afternoon. Time and money wasters.

GoogleI would not recommend them. Initially excellent service when I was trying to choose an agent, and they did find a tenant. However, once the tenant was in place the service was definitely lacking. They were unable to resolve persistent late payment issues regardless of repeated promises to ensure the tenant had standing order in place, and were of no real assistance with solving problems with the same difficult tenant who then needed to be removed. I would not describe it as a fully managed service, and despite paying a monthly fee felt on my own and that the property was not being managed properly.
