I dealt with Lavinia on two occasions, one to visit a house and another time via both email and phone to arrange checking in and contract (for a house my friend had visited). In both of these instance, Lavinia was very helpful, courteous, and kind. It was a great pleasure to be assisted by her and I cant recommend her enough if you deal with Martin Gerrard's.

Despite there being more than a few issues with our move, Lavinia was able to help us overcome these. I am very grateful for all her help. We had a great experience with MG after a long and drawn out exerpience with another local agency. Anthony was extremely helpful from start to finish, listening to our needs and he always found time to work around our difficult working hours. It was really a pleasure to deal with him. Anthony is a charismatic gentleman that I had the pleasure to deal with. I have dealt with some crafty characters in the past from other companies but must say that Anthony is highly recommended and should be awarded for his efforts. I was really impressed with the service at Martyn Gerrard's, I was fortunate to have Lavinia helping me through the process of finding somewhere to let. She was very helpful and always got back to me very quickly. There was none of the 'pushiness' that you sometimes associate with agents (at least from my previous experience!) just a very attentive, calm and friendly service. The whole process of finding somewhere to rent -and all the other bits of admin associated with it- was made so much easier and painless thanks to Lavinia's guidance and responsiveness. Would highly recommend Martyn Gerrard if looking to let in the area.

He advised me not to wait as it was a very desirable property. He was very flexible and stayed late after office hours to meet me at the property on a Friday evening. I would recommend him and the branch.

Andrew was very helpful in assisting our payments / forms for the move. He knew how much we wanted to secure the apartment and facilitated everything smoothly for us. I was contacted by the agent following an online property search. Despite the property not being up on the website, I was invited to view the property. The initial arrangement fell through because the existing tenant did not turn up, but Martyn Gerrard arranged for a viewing later that week and I put down a holding deposit that day. The agent then guided me through the very easy and efficient paperwork phase and I was able to start my tenancy within a fortnight. I was very impressed with the service and speed with which my application was processed. I would highly recommend Martyn Gerrard to any prospective tenants.
