The reviews I read about Martyn Gerrard led me to select the agency despite not being so present in South Camden. I wanted an agency that was good for both landlords and tenants. The agency is extremely professional and everyone makes everything runs smoothly. I first approached Anthony Spittle who convinced me that his team could find good tenants for the flat and he remained involved till end. Anthony was very responsive throughout and I am very grateful for that. Jessica Haynes organised multiple visits and worked hard to gain interest from prospective tenants, show the flat, provide feedback on the visits and ultimately secure the tenancy. Jessica was also very responsive and organised all the necessary checks and services to complete the process. Since new tenants have moved in she has contacted me about minor snags in the flat and has responded quickly and efficiently to my queries and requests. Excellent service, value and personal interaction

This is the second year that we have let out our house for 5-6 months through Martyn Gerrard in Crouch End. We have worked closely with the agents in this branch and have nothing but praise for their work. I would particularly like to note the great service we received from Lavinia Coroama who let the hunt for a tenant for us this year and Andrew Martin who led last year and continued helping this year. Lavinia was always cool and calm and perseverent, carefully following up leads, queries and concerns. Finding short term tenants of quality is not an easy task but she (and the team she is a member of) were successful both years where other agencies failed. They deserve the highest praise for their work.

Excellent job

We were looking to let our property and after 3 weeks with another agent and only one viewing we decided to switch to Martyn Gerrard. Anthony and his team did an outstanding job. He lined up 4 viewings on the first day of marketing the property and the outcome was 4 asking price offers. “I instructed Martyn Gerrard to market my flat. Unfortunately the first two offers of tenancy did not complete. The first offer did not proceed as the tenants were not free to leave their current commitment and the second failed their references.
