Established in 1964 Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents is one of the largest independent estate agents in the North and North West London. GoogleHorribly unprofessional. Having viewed a lot of flats and dealt with many agents recently, never came across one so careless about wasting the clients’ time on a weekend and be so nonchalant about it. Never thought I’d review a real estate agent on Google but searching for their office number (because the agent doesn’t pick up his phone), I saw that there are positive reviews. I can only imagine they are fake, or that we happened to come across Martyn Gerrard on a bad way..

The staff are always quick to help and progress the work I have sent them. On this occasion I was dealing with Alban who I found to be very professional and efficient. He is definitely an asset to the wider team and has kept up the outstanding customer service from Martyn Gerrard.
