Established in 1964 Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents is one of the largest independent estate agents in the North and North West London. We chose Martyn Gerrard over a a few highly competent estate agents in our area, At no point did we even think that we had made the wrong choice.True our property was very saleable, but not quite in the area that would command a higher price. The marketing processs went very smoothly. And the advice about the potential buyers very pertinent. What was more impressive was the management of the exchange of contracts and completion process, which was over the Xmas period. Very reassuring. I really commend the work done by the Crouch End Team. Keep it up!

I have been impressed by the quality of service I have received from Martyn Gerrard in the many years that I have been renting my flat through the company. Over a longish period as landlord, I have encountered problems large and small with the property, and the prompt notifications, recommendations of contractors and service providers, and replacements for appliances, etc., from Martyn Gerrard's staff have proven invaluable, as her their management of any work undertaken in the flat in my absence. I have also been impressed by the diligence in checking tenant references.

I was contacted by the agent following an online property search. Despite the property not being up on the website, I was invited to view the property. The initial arrangement fell through because the existing tenant did not turn up, but Martyn Gerrard arranged for a viewing later that week and I put down a holding deposit that day. The agent then guided me through the very easy and efficient paperwork phase and I was able to start my tenancy within a fortnight. I was very impressed with the service and speed with which my application was processed. I would highly recommend Martyn Gerrard to any prospective tenants.
