I have been impressed by the quality of service I have received from Martyn Gerrard in the many years that I have been renting my flat through the company. Over a longish period as landlord, I have encountered problems large and small with the property, and the prompt notifications, recommendations of contractors and service providers, and replacements for appliances, etc., from Martyn Gerrard's staff have proven invaluable, as her their management of any work undertaken in the flat in my absence. I have also been impressed by the diligence in checking tenant references.

I was contacted by the agent following an online property search. Despite the property not being up on the website, I was invited to view the property. The initial arrangement fell through because the existing tenant did not turn up, but Martyn Gerrard arranged for a viewing later that week and I put down a holding deposit that day. The agent then guided me through the very easy and efficient paperwork phase and I was able to start my tenancy within a fortnight. I was very impressed with the service and speed with which my application was processed. I would highly recommend Martyn Gerrard to any prospective tenants.
