Excellent service, excellent price achieved

We picked Martyn Gerrard to sell our flat in Crouch End from several local agents. Mark gave us a clear and honest valuation and we liked the personalized approach to marketing the property where we could input on the selling points. We were able to negotiate a specific fee based on achieving the top end of the valuation. I appreciated Mark's flexibility on this and his confidence that his team could get us a top price. The team got us an asking price offer within 2-wks and when this buyer pulled out were able to replace it with another asking price offer within 24-hrs. We dealt with James as our lead agent once the buyers were confirmed. He was great. Recommended an excellent solicitor, was pro-active on the process, and hustled it through in good time giving us updates all the way. Overall we were very pleased we choose to go with this estate agent and delighted with the service and sale price they achieved for us. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service, value and personal interaction

This is the second year that we have let out our house for 5-6 months through Martyn Gerrard in Crouch End. We have worked closely with the agents in this branch and have nothing but praise for their work. I would particularly like to note the great service we received from Lavinia Coroama who let the hunt for a tenant for us this year and Andrew Martin who led last year and continued helping this year. Lavinia was always cool and calm and perseverent, carefully following up leads, queries and concerns. Finding short term tenants of quality is not an easy task but she (and the team she is a member of) were successful both years where other agencies failed. They deserve the highest praise for their work.

Excellent customer service

We had a great experience with MG after a long and drawn out exerpience with another local agency. Helpful, professional and responsive

I was really impressed with the service at Martyn Gerrard's, I was fortunate to have Lavinia helping me through the process of finding somewhere to let. She was very helpful and always got back to me very quickly. There was none of the 'pushiness' that you sometimes associate with agents (at least from my previous experience!) just a very attentive, calm and friendly service. The whole process of finding somewhere to rent -and all the other bits of admin associated with it- was made so much easier and painless thanks to Lavinia's guidance and responsiveness. Couldn't be happier with Emile's service

My girlfriend and I purchased through Emile @ Martyn Gerrard in Crouch End. Emile was always very responsive (even after the sale went through), very courteous and always came back promptly to any queries. We were in a 4 person chain which no doubt was difficult to manage as everyone has different expectations and high stress levels, but Emile did his utmost to keep everyone informed, He made sure everyone got their home sold or purchased and dealt efficiently with various issues that cropped up along the way (there were a few!!).. We were really pleased with his service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use him when we come to sell..

Sale of our probate property

Both Jason R and Mark F were very helpful, efficient and fast to assist in the process and answer queries. They were able to obtain a very good price for us and a quick sale. This was with us being in Manchester and the property being in London. I found Martyn Gerrard to be a really good estate agent and in particular I found the branch manager Mark Fordham to be one of the most user-friendly people you could hope to have handling the sale of your property. Wonderful service from a true Professional

I felt we made a very good connection with Perrie all the family were at ease with her so there were never any issues when viewings were arranged, we were kept very much in the loop and nothing was too much trouble.. As this was our first time selling a property we were quite ignorant of the processes involved and having moved from a different estate agents we were somewhat apprehensive..
