GoogleIn my short time working with Laura and Sarah at Henderson Connellan on a rental, I have been very impressed by the level of professionalism and drive. Before the property was available, they visited several time to take measurements, pictures, gauge progress, communicated frequently and started the pre-marketing campaign before property completion. The result was tenants in day after it was available! Great service, and hope they continue the excellent level of service.

GoogleAbsolute joke ive applied for house they have to let But coz I've had ccj i though I better let them know before I get ripped of, so i did report or they said its fine. Few days after ice paid for application I just get email saying that I have failed and money won't be refunded... STAY AWAY!!!!!

View AgentsAt first, I thought Henderson Connellan were very professional and I was impressed by their sales pitch but it went downhill very quickly from there. We put our house on the market with them two weeks ago and have just cancelled our contract. They listed our house as 'detached' and 'bay-fronted' on RightMove, although our property is/has neither. I had to comb through the advert and found a total of 6 spelling/grammar issues, which made the advert look amateur at best. In two weeks, we haven't had a single person through our door, despite being informed that they had a list of 16 potentially interested contacts. I called them last Friday for an update as we hadn't heard anything and was told that our point of contact is on leave and it appears that in his absence, nobody was actively marketing our property. Although I fully accept that there isn't as much activity in the run up to Christmas, it would have been reassuring to have had a phone call or email to say that they had at least tried to follow up with the interested parties. Lastly, when we called to say that we would like to cancel our contract, they sounded glad to be rid of us and couldn't wait to get us off the phone. Not how I expect to be treated when I have made a complaint.

With regards to the problems you have stated in your review, we have taken your comments on board and looked into the points you have discussed, on very few occasions mistakes are made and we do our very best to rectify these issues quickly and efficiently when they arise. Christmas time dramatically affects the level of buyer interest on properties which are for sale and unfortunately this coincided with the timing of receiving your instructions to market your property. However the property market really starts to strengthen again early in the New Year with strong buyer interest returning, with this in mind we feel that terminating of the contract within the two week ‘cooling off’ period didn’t quite give us time to try and re-impress you with the quality service that we strive to provide. We hope that you achieve a successful sale on your property at the earliest opportunity and as mentioned if you would like to discuss your concerns or our complaints procedure please call me and we can arrange a meeting. We wish you all the best for 2017, and hope you have a smooth, stress free home move.

This is the second house that we have sold with Henderson Connellan and they are absolutely fantastic. They go out of their way to be helpful and informative, whilst making it all look effortless. If they say they're going to do something-then they do it. We have had experience of other agents in the town, and Henderson Connellan are by far the best. They're trustworthy, honest and most of all competent at what they do. Would recommend them to anyone who wants honesty and integrity and the hassle of selling a house taken away from them.

I have dealt with Henderson Connellan over the last four years from using them to sell my mothers home as she was going into a care home, purchasing my own home and renting out my previous property and buying a let property. On each separate occasion I have found ALL the staff very professional, friendly and approachable and was always kept up to date on how things were going. If I need to use an estate agent again in the future I will not hesitate to use Henderson Connellan again, very highly recommended.

We recently had our house on the market with Henderson Connellan, the service and staff are very professional. We had a viewing almost immediately and the couple were interested in our house. We struggled finding something suitable as we were down sizing. So we removed our house from the market and this was also handled very professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to put my house back on with this Estate Agent if something suitable comes onto the Market in the future.

We sold our house through Henderson Connellan last year and couldn't have been happier with the service we received. We received our first potential buyers within days of the board going up outside our house and had accepted a bid within 2-3 weeks. We were kept informed throughout the whole selling process by the very helpful staff who made what we were expecting to be a very stressful time, an absolute breeze! Can't recommend highly enough and will definitely use again.
