GoogleWe used Henderson Conellan to sell our property in Corby and they were amazing. I think over the time our house was on the market I spoke to each member of the sales team at least once and they were all very friendly and helpful. We were living in a different part of the country at the time and there were several things outside of anyone's control that complicated the sale for us. However Henderson Connellan went out of their way to make the process as easy as possible and always kept us up to date on what was happening. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

FacebookWould avoid this company completely I lived in one of there properties I was threatened to be beaten and killed by the other tenants multiple times and when I rang up on 6 different occasions they said they would send emails and they never did.... the landlord did nothing to help either, yet I played music loud one night to celebrate my 21st birthday and I got 3 missed calls and emails saying I will be evicted if I make noise nuisance which to me is minor compared to having myself threatened by some men who think there 10 men this company is a joke and does nothing for the tenants safety

I have used Henderson Connellan in Corby many times to find tenants for my properties. I trust them implicitly. They will not simply put in the first applicant that comes along but ensure that I get the best tenant.who is available. I find them friendly and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleDealing with Laura and co has been very easy. we are currently renting a HMO property through Henderson and Connellan and have had little to no problems at all. all emails and queries we raised was answered straight away. We did have a problem with our internet router, but Laura came round the property the next day and sorted it herself. Winner winner chicken dinner. stefan bishop Had to leave review through a friends Gmail account as I don't have an account set up.

FacebookOverall service prior to sale OK but ran from the hills when asked for help to get the full compliment of keys from rival agent after completion. 2 promises to assist and no response to emails I collected the remaining keys myself from a competing agent on Good Friday. Bad job guys.... What's worse when we rang to enquire a second time for the keys we were told a cat had got into the house and the agent asked if we could go round to rescue it... When suggesting they could collect the keys from the other agent and do this themselves it fell on deaf ears... Really bad job guys!!!
