Used H&C to sell a property earlier this year - 9 viewings in he first week of marketing and sold very soon after. Paddy and Phil were fabulous and ensured a swift and painless transaction. I have subsequently rented via H&C, again, can't fault the service and efficiency. They found me the perfect property and ensured the letting process was swift and painless (not many agents willing to source a new property for a client with a dog but this was not an obstacle for H&C)

Excellent - can't fault them at all.

We rented a property through Henderson Connellan in 2015 and I was extremely impressed with the service they offer. They listened to our (very specific) needs and matched us to a property the same day. They are also very quick to go through the necessary processes and don't charge anywhere near as much as some lettings agents for checks etc. I dealt mainly with Sarah, in the Corby branch, and found her to be warm, friendly and professional. They seem to work much longer hours than other lettings agents too, so questions get answered quickly. Henderson Connellan are one of the few agents out there who represent and care about the needs of the tenant as much as the needs of the landlord. I highly recommend them.

Excellent help and advice with hopeful purchase of Shared ownership house

Paddy McCormack at Corby has been very helpful with advice regarding a hopeful purchase of a Shared ownership house. He has emailed very consistently over the past two weeks and has helped me in regards as to the next steps, or who to contact.. He has also arranged for finance people and a solicitor to contact me so I can take the next steps. I reserved a house yesterday after driving from Norfolk to Corby at the office, so overall I can honestly say I've had great service and advice, which being a first time buyer I really appreciate. Great help with purchasing our new house. Very accommodating allowing us multiple viewings to measure up prior to moving. Always available to call or text and always gave a fast reply. As our house was a brand new build there were a few issues we noticed after we moved in and Jack helped resolve them for us even after the sale had gone through.

Pretty poor experience over all with the marketing of our property. Over valued the property to secure the contract to sell then suggested a reduction in the asking price at the end of the cooling off period. We knew the market was difficult and were not surprised to only get 4 viewings in a nine month period despite dropping the price by 6%. Had to repeatedly chase agent for feedback and effectively received none after receiving no contact from agent for almost 4 months removed the property from the market. I do not believe the property was actively marketed apart from being placed on rightmove. Would not use again to sell a property.
