I didn't use Henderson to sell my house, but in hindsight I wish I had. Lee was super helpful and came up with suggestions to get my house sold and to purchase a house Henderson's were marketing. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Lee always came back via email or phone swiftly. I would highly recommend them.

Professional. Different to the others

As a buyer we found HC extremely professional. They knew details of every property viewed including locality (unlike other agencies who send a 'viewer' out who in some cases has never even seen the property before). Negotiation honest and smooth. As a landlord Sarah and the team handle some difficult situations with utmost professionalism. Highly recommend HC.

We have recently purchased a property via Henderson Connellan and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Simply impeccable service. Nothing was ever to much trouble and the service was always both friendly and professional. We looked at a number of properties as we were a little uncertain about exactly what we wanted. Phil Caldwell looked after us with all these viewings and what impressed us most was that he listened to our requirements and never once appeared pushy or impatient with us. Kept me reassured when the process did not go quite to plan (solicitors). Felt like I was ringing/messaging a friend for help with the way Christie responded. Nothing felt that it was to much hassle - which I’m sure it was as it was a long process with our house being a shared ownership sale! Highly recommend Henderson’s!! EXCELLENT JOB BY CHRISTIE AND LEE AND ALL THE TEAM AT HENDERSON CONNELLAN. The best estate agents in Corby by far. Upon meeting lee at my property for the first time, lee presented himself very well and showed he has an extensive amount of industry knowledge, was understanding of my needs and reassuring. He has an honest approach and got the price of my property just right, after accepting there services photos where taken promptly by a professional and the house went on the market. Christie Taylor was then appointed to help me with my property, who may I say was so professional I couldn’t have wished for anyone better. Thank you once again Christie. After just seven days Christie had sold my property whilst keeping me informed every step of the way, nothing was ever to much trouble, she was always available in the office or by phone. AMAZING SERVICE. I feel very grateful to them all and if you need a first class estate agents in that area I would highly recommend to contact Christie and lee. Right from the moment one of the directors - Lee Adams - stepped into our home, we had a feeling we were in good, professional hands. The other director - Phil Caldwell - and his team of sales agents also came to view the house, so that they knew what they were selling, this was something that we'd not experienced before. It made us feel like they were focussed and totally engaged in the sale. The fact that they used a pro photographer bolstered that feeling and once all the pictures were done and the listing was live we just had to wait. We put it on the market just before Christmas and the week following new year, Jesse Moffat (sales) arranged for 3 viewings on the same day. Spectacular! After the first viewing, the buyer put in an offer which we accepted and we took it off the market. We were very impressed with HC in the way they handled the sale going forward, keeping us informed and being helpful with regards to 'what happens next'. All in all, a very smooth transaction and selling process. I would highly recommend HC to anyone!
