GoogleMyself and my partner have been living in our rented accommodation which is managed by Martin & Co for 3 years now and cannot fault them one bit. From the very beginning they made the moving in process simple, keeping us updated at every turn, and since moving in, on the very odd occasion we have had any issues they have been quick to resolve it. Recently we had the thermostat stop working and after logging the fault on their online portal that evening, we were contacted by Tonia first thing the next morning who helpfully arranged for it to be fixed the very next day! We will definitely consider Martin & Co when it come's time to buy own own property in the future but until then they have made the process of renting with them SO smooth!
