As a new landlord, Martin & Co Chelmsford fully managed service provided the peace of mind that my property was professionally marketed and cared for. They have an experienced and professional team that provide a first class service; any problems were dealt with efficiently and effectively, providing satisfactory outcomes for both landlord and tenants. After five years of using the fully managed service, I decided to sell the property. Martin & Co successfully managed the sale; special mention goes to Stuart the Sales Manager, he managed the sale with much effort and enthusiasm. When the sale ran into problems, his experience and skills were invaluable in bringing the sale to successful completion.
