We have had an excellent experience working with Paul so far in the process of selling our property. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the property management team during my move-in. Moving is always super stressful, but they made the whole process feel smooth and manageable from start to finish. There were a few issues with the property), but what really stood out was how quickly and proactively everything was handled. They’ve been super responsive, always keeping me updated, and clearly making an effort to prioritise fixes, even though they’ve only recently taken on the listing. That level of care really shows. A special shoutout to Tonia and Kim! absolute angels! They’ve both been so kind, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout. It’s made such a difference knowing there are real people on the other end who actually care and take things seriously. Overall, I feel really looked after, and that’s not something you always get. This lettings agent should be the gold standard for all sales/lettings agents. The team is incredibly friendly, polite and respectful. Tonia & Libby were the two team members I dealt with the most and they are very professional, patient and really did their best to make sure they responded to all my queries. They went above & beyond and if felt like such a breadth of fresh air. On my first day, I went in my flat seeing all my requests having been addressed and they absolutely made sure everything was as welcoming and as friction free as possible. They have such refreshingly good manners too and always make sure to open the door for me as I am about to leave the premises. These little things stack up. The property managers also call ASAP to address any maintenance issues, I am very pleased with them. I am a landlord for a couple of properties, and I don’t have time to the manage my own properties. So Martin and Co has been really great at managing my rental properties . David has been really helpful recently with renewing my Tenency agreements, so that has taken a lot of stress of my shoulders . Tonia is always really helpful when I need to liase with my tenants , . So Tonia can help me out if there are issues that I need to discuss between myself and any of my tenents . Kim ( at Martin and Co ) has also be helpful recently when I have just has a gas cooker repaired in one of my properties.
