We have been using Martin & Co Chelmsford for about 10 years now, and have to say that we have found them faultless. When a tenant is leaving they are on the ball straight away and we have never had a break in our letting history. Any problems are dealt with swiftly. Our latest tenant has signed for another year not least thanks to Charlotte, always helpful and cheerful.

I am a tenant and the general consensus is most letting agents take your money and are then never there for you. HOWEVER, Gemma and the team at Chelmsford Martin & Co have been great and I have recieved nothing but a 1st class service throughout, I would highly recomend Martin & Co to anyone looking for an letting or estate agent who is easy to deal with and totally reliable. Nothing seems to much and are propt and courteous at all times.

I’ve been in my current home for three years, and have had speedy responses when needed to any questions or issues. I was especially grateful to David Tupper (tenancy manager) for a speedy response after I had a security issue at my home (with neighbours). Martin and Co Chelmsford had been the agent for my flat for two years and dealt with everything to do with the property. My tenants moved and Martin and Co advertised the property extremely well, conducted all viewings and secured a tenant quickly. I was well supported through the process by Charlotte and informed by her or her colleagues regularly as to what was happening.

Martin @ Co Chelmsford are the second letting agency I have used to find tenants for my properties. They are very welcoming, professional, conscientious, experienced and get the job done in an extremely efficient manner. As I am managing the properties myself, I feel that I have a whole team behind me to help and advise throughout all aspects of the letting and maintaining procedure. Their consistency in character assessment of potential tenants before viewings are arranged and detailed emails giving me prior notice of every viewing is very reassuring. They have an experienced and professional team that provide a first class service; any problems were dealt with efficiently and effectively, providing satisfactory outcomes for both landlord and tenants. After five years of using the fully managed service, I decided to sell the property. Martin & Co successfully managed the sale; special mention goes to Stuart the Sales Manager, he managed the sale with much effort and enthusiasm. When the sale ran into problems, his experience and skills were invaluable in bringing the sale to successful completion.

I have absolutely nothing but praise for Martin and Co, Chelmsford. From the point of initial contact through the end of my tenancy I received a first-class, outstanding customer care experience. Always polite and well informed, the service was highly responsive and supportive. Nothing was ever to much trouble and, most importantly, I felt secure in the knowledge that my interests were protected at all times. If you are a Landlord or a tenant look nowhere else. I will certainly use Martin and Co again. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Martin and Co. managed my rental property for me for four years and did an excellent job for me. When I made the decision to sell the property, Martin and Co. were the obvious choice for me. I did get other valuations but Martin and Co.'s was the most competitive. They did an excellent job for me with the whole sales process and really looked out for my best interests as the seller.
