Our front door’s lock jammed so I emailed Tonia first thing in the morning. She replied quickly and got a locksmith organised and sent out to me that day. The locksmith was polite, efficient and explained what the problem was. He fixed the lock and got us new keys within a couple of hours. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Tonia and the locksmith - couldn’t have asked for better!

Thank you to David for helping me solve my issue with water supply connection to my washing machine. I was at my very panicky moment but with your high level of knowledge and understanding about my current situation you listened to my issue patiently and guided me through until the washing machine was working again. Thank you for your support. Everyone who works at Martin and co are very polite, approachable and supportive. I have been renting with them for the past 6 years. Thank you for your support specially at this difficult time of my life.

I am a tenant and the general consensus is most letting agents take your money and are then never there for you. HOWEVER, Gemma and the team at Chelmsford Martin & Co have been great and I have recieved nothing but a 1st class service throughout, I would highly recomend Martin & Co to anyone looking for an letting or estate agent who is easy to deal with and totally reliable. Nothing seems to much and are propt and courteous at all times.

We have had some recent issues with appliances, and this has been dealt with amazingly by Tonia. Often places are let down by poor communication, but this is clearly one of Tonias strengths, and we couldn’t be happier with communication and resolution of our situation. Many thanks again.

I’ve been in my current home for three years, and have had speedy responses when needed to any questions or issues. I was especially grateful to David Tupper (tenancy manager) for a speedy response after I had a security issue at my home (with neighbours). The issue was followed up quickly and with great understanding. Thanks for a professional service :)

I have absolutely nothing but praise for Martin and Co, Chelmsford. From the point of initial contact through the end of my tenancy I received a first-class, outstanding customer care experience. Always polite and well informed, the service was highly responsive and supportive. Nothing was ever to much trouble and, most importantly, I felt secure in the knowledge that my interests were protected at all times. If you are a Landlord or a tenant look nowhere else. I will certainly use Martin and Co again. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
