We met Lauren Cook for our viewing and what a very warm and welcoming young lady she is. Friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and we weren't rushed during our visit. So happy that our offer was accepted, thanks to Lauren's efforts on our behalf. We've also been recommended to solicitors Martin's use, which has to make the process run smoother. I recently moved into my rental home which is managed by Martin & Co Chelmsford. The team went above and beyond since the very beginning of the process, Steve had shown support in booking the viewing throughout the background checks, Lauren was super kind at the viewing, she didn’t make me feel rushed and she also helped me with the application process. Then Jodie helped me with all my questions in relation to the tenancy agreement and deposit payments. Kerri was present when I picked up the keys and helped me with some other queries and a special thank you to David for prioritising my request and arranging maintenance so promptly. Overall, I am very happy with the service and support provided by the team.

Myself and my partner have been living in our rented accommodation which is managed by Martin & Co for 3 years now and cannot fault them one bit. From the very beginning they made the moving in process simple, keeping us updated at every turn, and since moving in, on the very odd occasion we have had any issues they have been quick to resolve it. Recently we had the thermostat stop working and after logging the fault on their online portal that evening, we were contacted by Tonia first thing the next morning who helpfully arranged for it to be fixed the very next day! We will definitely consider Martin & Co when it come's time to buy own own property in the future but until then they have made the process of renting with them SO smooth!

In particular, one of their agents, Lauren Cook, who we dealt with on our latest viewing. Lauren was dilligent, flexible (on one occasion rearranged her diary to help us fit a late viewing in after work), she knew the background of the house she was showing us (which is rare in our experience) And she noted down questions we had as we were looking around so we didnt have to email her.
