Myself and 2 girls recently moved in to the above property with amazing guidance and support from Jess. The process was quick and smooth which made moving in a lot less stressful and exciting too. We had clear communication and could always ask questions without hesitation. We really appreciate the service received and are glad to renting with a great agency / landlord.

Direct reviewsBought a house through Northwood and had super service. The staff were very friendly and professional, happy to go the extra mile for viewings and arranging key collection. There was difficulty with some paperwork as the process developed, but Gina was a fab point of contact at all times. I was the buyer in this exchange, but would happily use them for services knowing their attitude towards clients is some of the best I???ve ever received in this business.

We completed on 9th December, and we are absolutely over the moon. The team worked tirelessly to secure a sale and get our offer accepted on our dream home. It???s been a bumpy road with many obstacles, but the team was always on hand to keep me updated, calm, and reassured every step of the way. Northwood Rhiwbina feels like so much more than just an estate agent. They???re a real part of the community, helping create that village feel for Rhiwbina and the surrounding areas. Their involvement in the local community shines through in their personable and helpful approach. I won???t be moving again, but if I ever did, I would come straight back to Northwood. GoogleNorthwood were so wonderful when selling our house! We changed to Northwood after feeling let down by another estate agent and I’m so glad we did. From Nicola helping us at the start with the photos and descriptions etc and she was so professional and kind, and then to having regular updates and advice from Jo and Alexandra and they were so friendly and down to earth. I felt well informed during the process and I trusted them to act on our behalf. I would definitely recommend them as they made the process a lot easier and were reassuring.

GoogleI rented a property from this estate agent last year, and my experience was very disappointing. The team was unprofessional and rude, with poor communication throughout my tenancy. They were dismissive of concerns and provided little support when needed. I would not recommend working with them.

We???re not local to the area so Nicola helped arrange the clearance and even got us onto the local Facebook group where we could rehome some of dads things. When the house is ready for sale we will definitely be giving Northwood a call

GoogleI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your office. Upon arrival, I was not greeted properly nor asked to take a seat, which I found unprofessional. Additionally, my details were not taken correctly, and I was dismissed with a vague promise of a follow-up. It was also disheartening to hear that the property I was interested in was unavailable due to multiple bookings, a detail that was not updated on your website. This oversight resulted in unnecessary expenditure of time and money on my part. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively and that future clients will have a more positive experience.

The service has been truly amazing and when we decided it was time to sell they handled that as well getting the full asking price was just a bonus to their dedicated efforts on our behalf.
