We are so happy that we chose Northwood in Rhiwbina to sell our property. As soon as we met Nicola, the Sales Manager, we were impressed with her enthusiasm and fresh approach and knew that we would entrust the sale of our house to her. She took great care to go into every detail throughout and then worked very hard to produce a unique and stunning brochure with superb photographs unlike any we???ve seen with other Estate Agents. This, together with their approach to marketing via Instagram and Facebook lead to us having a successful sale within 2 weeks. We would have no hesitation in recommending Nic and the team at Northwood.

Northwood were the sellers' estate agent for a flat I bought in Grangetown this summer; I was impressed with their sales progression team, who helped to steer the sale through to completion. After purchasing and renovating the property, I hired Northwood to market it and find a tenant (tenant find service). The whole team were friendly, efficient and speedy - I would recommend them without hesitation.

The sign up process for Lettings was very easy. We viewed a property, submitted a Note of Interest and then we were offered the property. The check in process was also smooth. A member of staff met us at the property and we went through the inventory. Any maintenance issues were dealt with by the landlord primarily which did ensure issues were resolved in a timely manner. During our tenancy we had biannual 'check ups' from a Northwood appointed 3rd Party. This was relatively painless but they usually took quite some time to book in. Not sure they were necessary for such a short lease. One another occasion, Northwood forgot to actually book in the Gas Safe engineer, that resulted in a half day wasted. Check out was a different experience. In all my past rentals the agent or landlord met at the property a few weeks before the end date to see if there are any issues we needed to 'make good', avoiding any disputes with the DPS. Northwoods process is different. Once you've handed the keys back they will then arrange their 3rd party to inspect the property. Thankfully, we had a good relationship with our landlord and we were able to agree to meet on the day of check out to go through the inventory. I did have to chase the deposit a week after checkout but it was then released the next day. Overall we were happy with Northwood as managing agents but in reality, it was our landlord organised the majority of any maintenance/fixes required.

Northwood were brilliant when I sold my house. I had tried a different estate agent previously but they were terrible due to poor communication. I went with Northwood and Lewis was our sales negotiator. I truly do not have enough good things to say about him. Lewis worked so hard to find the perfect buyer and got us the asking price for the property. He worked hard to ensure both the buyer and I were kept informed every step of the way. Northwood as a whole were also brilliant and once the sale was agreed and funds secured, it was processed quickly and efficiently. Would certainly use them again and would highly recommend them. Northwood sold my house recently and wow the whole process was a total breeze. Kate and Nic are the most professional estate agents I've came across and believe me I've delt with many many agents. From the valuation all the way through to the day of completion the ladies were fabulous,transparent,honest and always there if needed. Welcome to the worst estate

Welcome to the worst estate agent in Wales, possibly the world? Do not bother wasting your time. I made four phone calls and waited for a response that never came. I was even booked in to see a property with no confirmation call which I was told I would receive. Alas, no one called me to confirm. A man called Dan was supposed to call me back on several occassions, but now am of the impression that Dan does not actually exist. Either that or he is hiding in the toilet.
