Direct reviewsIf you???re looking for a trusted Estate Agents then Northwood won???t disappoint. The whole process of selling has been made stress free and straight forward from the start. They have a great team there. My house was sold quickly and the service from all the staff has been just great. I have had a lovely rapport with all the girls there especially Carys Lock who clinched the deal on the sale and has been on the ball with the negotiations and follow ups. Cary???s has been a a real trooper with her knowledge and expertise in the field. They are all professional in what they do and are always happy to help. Thank you to Team Northwood.

Our house had been on the market for three days and we had four viewers lined up for Saturday viewings. Adi hosted these and we accepted an offer that day. I would not hesitate to recommend Northwood to sell your property.

GoogleI went to view a house I loved on with Northwood and asked them to come and value mine, which in turn I ended up on the market with them. Carys showed us around the house and was very knowledgeable and personable yet professional. Within a day or two I had a valuation from Nicola, who was great and Literally had my property on the market within less than 24hours of valuation. Carys took amazing pictures and I was happy that she was enthusiastic about the property and would pass this on to potential buyers. So far I am absolutely over the moon with the way things have gone with Northwood. Sold my property and had an offer accepted on the property I love. They have gone above and beyond to get me in a position to be able to offer on my dream house and I can’t thank them all enough. Especially Carys. Will definitely be dropping some biscuits in once we complete.

Direct reviewsWe had a great experience overall - firstly with Nicola and Adi who showed us around (initially or during follow ups), they were both welcoming and knew when to show us things and when to let us walk about ourselves! Then Claire was the sales progressor for us and it was so helpful having someone to help keep the process moving. Claire was always approachable and quick to respond! This was our first time buying but we're glad our seller chose Northwood over some other estate agents in the area.

GoogleFrom my first meeting with the Northwood team to the last I had noted that this is a team that operates well, they are very polite, very helpful, and more importantly thorough with their work. The house that I viewed, with Carys Lock (Sales Negotiator) leading me around, was the house I knew I wanted. Carys had an answer for every question I asked, she was well mannered and professional with a nice touch of humour. I liked and wanted the house, put in an offer of the asking price, eventually had to up it above that and Carys helped and advised me through that stressful few days of negotiations. At this moment in time, I am waiting for the solicitors to do their work.

GoogleI just want to express how happy I am with Northwood and their entire staffs and my good Landlord. When I moved into their property in Heol Llanishen Fach Cardiff in November 2022, I noticed the fridge door was not closing. I raised this issue with them, they sent a technician to come check it without wasting time. The technician recommended for it to be changed. Northwood changed it and brought in bigger fridge to replace it. I also noticed that one of the windows was not opening. Then sent in a technician to come change all the locks in all the windows and put in new locks. My boiler stopped working the first week I moved in, they sent in a plumber to come fix it for me. They also sent a plumber to me every January to come do the Gas Safety Check on the Gas and boiler. They responded to all the issues I raised and fixed every issue I brought to their attention. After 1 year of staying in the flat, they told me that the Landlord was happy for me to renew at the existing price but I told them I want to buy my own house. They liaised with the Landlord and agreed to put me on a rolling contract where I would only give them 4 weeks notice when my house purchase gets completed. They were very understanding and supportive. They also returned my full deposit to me after I moved out and returned the keys of the flat to them. I have never met a good Estate Agent like NorthWood Cardiff in all my years of renting. They are very polite and respectful and they always want you to have a good stay and experience in their property.

GoogleI rented a property through this agency and do not recommend them. Communication was poor, and they were often unresponsive to concerns I raised. When it came time to move out, they attempted to charge me for bogus damages and tried to take my entire deposit, despite me fulfilling all my responsibilities. Their charges were unfair and unreasonable, and they did not act in good faith. I would especially not recommend dealing with Ben, as he was consistently rude, dismissive, and unhelpful throughout the entire process.
