GoogleThis is the best estate agent I have come across so far. Unlike some of the other estate agents, Northwood has always responded quickly whenever we make an enquiry, such as helping us to find a flat at first and contacting the landlord for a washing machine replacement. They have been really helpful, which ensures our pleasant rental experience.

agree with these letting agents, I have been living in a property since last 2 years and finally purchased a property and trying to move in because I was in rolling contract and I have informed them on Oct 7th where I will vacate on Nov 15. They say my contract is from 3rd of every month. And asking me to pay to Dec 3rd. Ridiculous people. During the whole of pandamic I received no supported. I made regular payments still very hungry for money. I really have very low regards for them. Thanks, Raj

GoogleI was initially shown around the house by Adi who was very knowledgeable about the property and easy to talk to and without the hard sell! I was very interested in the property so arranged a second viewing so my wife could have a look. Carys showed us around this time and was very patient as we took a while looking around and remained very professional throughout. Both staff were very helpful and I have had a number of conversations since the initial viewings and the service has remained just as good.

GoogleNot recommend this company, very bad experience, they ask all of the deposit money. The faults are from landlord or with the this agency. Beware of this agency. If you go the office will be disappointed because no one welcomes.

The minefield that surrounds both the rental and sale of a property requires a company that holds compliance and service at it's heart is paramount these days, this is Northwood. The entire team are knowledgeable in every aspect of both rental and sales but moreover are friendly, communicative and nothing is too much trouble. We were in safe hands and can't thank the team enough.

Not only do they list your property on right move but they use social media, which is where many people focus their search these days, to give advanced previews and live tours. This generated interest before the property even went live on rightmove. The pictures they took were beautiful and made our home look instagram worthy. Nicola really puts time and effort into getting those perfect shots. Shortly after our house sold for full asking on the open day. Jo kept us up to date and informed the whole way through the sale and always kept the lines of communication open. We were highly impressed with the first class service and have since gone on to recommended them to our family members. Thank you so much to the whole of the Northwood team for making the house selling process stress free.

From Nicola helping us at the start with the photos and descriptions etc and she was so professional and kind, and then to having regular updates and advice from Jo and Alexandra and they were so friendly and down to earth. I felt well informed during the process and I trusted them to act on our behalf. I would definitely recommend them as they made the process a lot easier and were reassuring.

GoogleI used Northwood to sell my house last year and can't recommend them highly enough. I went to Northwood after having my hosiery on the market with another estate agent for months. Northwood managed to arrange far more viewings and sold my house really quickly. Lewis Rogers led on the house sale and he was amazing. Always so positive and brilliant at communication. Whereas the other agents always took days to get back to me, Lewis always answered me promptly and wa so helpful. Thank you lewis and all at Northwood!
