Direct reviewsPerfectly. I was impressed with Nicola on her first visit to my property as she told me exactly how she intended to sell it. Within three days we had four viewers lined up and our house sold that day. Adi who hosted that day did a great job after keeping the sale on track. We were really impressed with Northwood from start to finish.

GoogleI was shown round a property recently by Adi, who was courteous, attentive, professional, and a little ray of sunshine. She clearly loves what she does and that passion shone through as she gave me the tour. Follow up comms was excellent and ended up viewing the property again. Didn’t ultimately buy, but that’s no reflection on Adi, she was incredibly passionate.

GoogleJust started my tenancy with Northwood and thus far they have been brilliant! Personally I have been dealing with Claire who has been great! Completely understanding of my situation and always at the end of the phone or email! Like any new property there was one or two things that needed doing but they have been on it straight away. The whole process has been easy and straight forward!

GoogleWent to view a place and registered our interest. Said it was available at the end of month (1 week time). 2 weeks later, not heard anything and when I called, they said it was still available. Called them up three times in total, twice nobody had a clue and the boss was away, then they said she'd be back Monday, so we called Monday, and they said it was still available. Shocking customer service and due to that, I'd never use their company. Just imagine living in one of their apartments and constantly talking to a brick wall.
