GoogleCould not check how good are these guys at their job - they tend to keep an outdated properties adverts on zoopla and when I've called them, they say that these properties are not available anymore and then they try to convince to you to have a look at the other property, which is quite annoying. This happened more than once to me, so will not call them anymore. They are also quite expensive.
Dear Nikolay, We are sorry you have felt the need to express disappointment with these comments and rating. Zoopla is a third party portal and our most up to date listings will be found on our own website alexneil.com so we recommend checking there first. Also, any property advertised can have active negotiations from interested parties, only when the status changes to Sale or Let Agreed would that become visible to website and portal visitors. We understand your disappointment about missing a property of interest and we always offer alternatives as we often have similar on our books, sometimes of the same style, in the same or similar areas. We wish you luck with your search. Best regards, Alex Neil Estate Agents

GoogleSelling a home is stressful even when things go smoothly - and often they don’t. A good estate agent is worth their weight in gold! Alex Neil presented themselves well so I choose them - and they offered a good price too. They worked hard to provide me with lots of prospective buyers and achieved full asking price. I thoroughly recommend them.
