They understand what you looking for

Looking for your new space with all aspects that make you feel like home can be really difficult. When dealing with estate agents, many only care about your budget, instead of listening to what you're looking for in a home. After being let down by several letting agencies who promised "spacious, stunning, new, etc", but in reality they were different, we were lucky to receive a call from Tomek. He's very positive, and with him, everything was easy, and more importantly, he showed us properties that suited our criteria, helping us to find our new home. Tomek closed the deal very quickly after we made our offer and was always available to answer my questions. We're very happy and will soon be moving into our new home that we fell in love with as soon as we entered it. Thank you Tomek for your outstanding customer service! Nebo & Charlotte

Appalling! Mismanaged the tenancy twice in a row incurring loss of 20+k due to poor referencing and selection of tenant, poor follow up of defaulting rental payments, never visited the property even once despite the continued non payment of rent for more than a year. I shall not recommend this company to anyone. We are in the process of taking g legal action.

Quick, professional, friendly

Our property search lasted a grand total of 18 hours. Showed us two properties (that were both suitable) within a few hours of being instructed, offered, accepted, done. The way finding a new property should be, stuck to my brief, didn't send or show any properties that weren't within that brief. Basically a pleasure to deal with. It's a shame there aren't more estate agents out there like this. Supports Arsenal, but no one is perfect. :) Thanks Regan.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE AGENTS. They rented an apartment under full management, they never ever turned up at the property at all. They did do proper credit checks on tenant, stating its not there responsibility but they used a credit reference agency that did check properly at all. Stay away from these cowboys.

My husband and I have recently moved out so are not with Thorgills anymore. However, we still think about how great Thorgills was, mainly because of Haffeeza who was our property manager more than a year. She responded to us promptly and tried her best to solve our problems until very the end of our tenancy. Also, she always kept us up to date so that we knew what's happening and made every process smooth by doing things so professionally. We sincerely appreciate everything she has done for us. It's still such a shame that we had to leave Thorgills but their service was really the best...!!!
