Rachel has been nothing short of world class in terms of managing the re letting of my flat. The last tenant left it in a terrible state, i was very upset as 9 months earlier the flat was in pristine condition. Together Rachel has managed to get the flat re decorated to a high standard, arranged delivery of new furniture needed as the last tenant stole and broke fixtures and furniture and always answers mails promptly and has kept me informed during the entire process. I let a number of properties and Rachel is truly the best person I've dealt with in over 12 years of letting.

Great, proactive, professional service

I have been extremely impressed by the team at Thorgills Brentford, led by Sean Barret. Not only did they proactively approach us about marketing our property, they made great efforts in the tenant search, showing more prospective tenants round the property than all the other agents combined, keeping us abreast of updates as and when they happened. This proactivity ultimately led to them sourcing our new tenants, which were exactly the sort of tenants we were hoping for. Letting / managing agents who are always very willing to help

I have been pleased with the service I have received from Thorgills over the last year, and have always received prompt, helpful responses from Chantelle and other members of the Brentford office. If there was an area for Thorgills to focus on, it would be around the tracking of their contractor's work and timely billing for additional works, which have once or twice become a little confused. But what is clear is that when issues do arise, Thorgills will always do their best to get it resolved!

A fast efficient rental service

Alice has worked with us to handle the admin for the rental of our property. She has done this quickly and efficiently, and Thorgills have taken just 4 weeks from appointing them to having a tenant move in. The only item we were unhappy about was the quality of the cleaning. We raised this with Alice and she addressed it to our satisfaction within 24 hours, which is a level of responsiveness that is hard to beat. Best Customer Service

Thorgills is simply speaking the best.
