Excellent service.. could not fault them!

Andy at Thorgills was excellent! From the moment we had a viewing til the moment we had finalised our offer for our new property. Andy was contactable at all times. If he missed my call he would get back straight to me. He was also patient and took his time to show us a few properties which was also useful. Haffeeza did our referencing and was also excellent! After using a different agent last year and it was nothing but stress I was dreading this stage! I was wrong! Haffeeza made it clear what we needed to do at each stage making it easy to finish our referencing within about 5 days. She also was contactable at all times and very professional. I would 100% recommend thorgills in the future and will use them again if I need too.

Excellent Estate Agent

Aaron is a brilliant example of what an estate/ letting agent should be. He not only noted my needs, he went the extra mile in making sure he did everything possible to help me in my search for a flat to rent. I didn't end up choosing to go through an estate/ letting agency preferring to deal directly with landlords myself. I'm leaving this feedback because if you're trying to decide which agent to trust; especially someone that cares about your experience, Aaron is your man! Excellent Experience

I had a very good experience searching for a property with Tomek Cole. He was the perfect balance between professional and friendly upon our first meeting, and he showed myself and my partner a very high quality selection of flats in a short space of time. He had listened to our requirements, and therefore was able to offer us a bespoke service. During the first viewing, we found the perfect flat. Tomek was very transparent and helpful when we wanted to make an offer on a property; he was available to speak to us both and ensured all our questions were answered and that we were comfortable before signing anything. He kept in touch regularly, keeping us up to date on the progress of our offer. Based on this experience, I would certainly use Thorgills again, but more importantly would be very happy to deal with Tomek again. Must improve communication

Leon has been professional, friendly and kind during our search for a property to rent and would recommend him. We were in a position where could be rejected for referencing but ready to make a decision in favour of one of the properties he presented. One of the reasons that stopped us was the promise for a call within the same day with further information and possible solutions to our problem, which unfortunately arrived three days later. Thorgills Brentford - A Reliable Team

I had rented an apartment for me and my family with Thorgills, Brentford. The entire experience Thorgills Sales team followed by Customer Relations and Property Managers was exceptional and which helped us to finalize the property.. Tomek Cole from Sales showed us the properties and he knew exactly what we were looking for. He was transparent and honest which helped us to work with him for our selection though we were chased by other property dealers. There were iniitial hiccups with our request for beds which were fabulously managed by Fiona Duncan and her team. She did not leave any stone unturned to do the right thing and ensured we were comfortable with our choice of beds and went to the extent of replacing the beds till we were satisfied of our choice. Paris Kerrison was very thorough and transparent with the inventory check in and ensured that things were properly documented. Rachel Flynn, the property manager walked us through the property and the workings of the appliances. She was very prompt in answering the nitty gritty of things and interacted with the landlord to get us the answers back. I am extremely happy that Thorgills Brentford was the right choice for our property hunt.

They understand what you looking for

Looking for your new space with all aspects that make you feel like home can be really difficult. When dealing with estate agents, many only care about your budget, instead of listening to what you're looking for in a home. After being let down by several letting agencies who promised "spacious, stunning, new, etc", but in reality they were different, we were lucky to receive a call from Tomek. Quick, professional, friendly

Our property search lasted a grand total of 18 hours. Showed us two properties (that were both suitable) within a few hours of being instructed, offered, accepted, done. The way finding a new property should be, stuck to my brief, didn't send or show any properties that weren't within that brief. Basically a pleasure to deal with. AVOID THIS AGENCY

Where do I even begin. Never contact you once you've paid them money. Always have to be chased. Staff are young and have no knowledge of the properties they are 'managing', meaning they are unable to answer even the simplest of questions. Accused us of giving false guarantor information when it was an administration mistake on their end. Tried to force us to have a 'lead tenant' and one guarantor between 4 tenants which was ridiculous. To top it all off, 11 days before our move in date, the first time they contacted the landlord we later found out despite having made the offer 3 months ago, the landlord withdrew from the process and they charged us £200 and said there was nothing they could do for us. We also found the property we were meant to be renting listed elsewhere a month after we'd signed our contract.. Avoid them like the plague.
