They do not abide by the contract. Waited 4 weeks for deposit to be returned (still waiting!). They claim they are undergoing CRM change and have not paid deposit that should have been paid within 10 day’s of receiving landlords confirmation. If you are a landlord think twice as they also made landlords wait for their rent payments. Do not trust these agents with your properties or your money.
