I've been letting my flat over two years through Thorgills and in general I am happy with their service. When I have been treated unfairly by one of the Letting Managers I've submitted a complaint to the head office and got the issue sorted promptly. The property managers I've been assigned were quite young and to my opinion didn't have much experience but they are always professional and willing/motivated to help you with your queries.

Over the years we have built up a good relationships with Kat, Temi and Andre, who tend to be the favourites amongst our office staff. As a contractor, it’s always a delight working with clients, who are down to earth and easy to liaise with.

GoogleThese guys have got to be the most thorough agent I have ever worked with. I have bought and sold a couple times, these are the only agents that have ever called me to tell me what other agents in the area were listing, that might be of interest to me. They genuinely try and help people move forward, even if it doesnt immediately benefit them.
