Most of the letting agents I worked with, when I say I didn't really liked the property, instead of asking why they would say okay as if they didn't really want to help if they were not paid to do so. But with Andre it was completely different, he kept asking questions to understand what I really was looking for (which also made me realise what I'm really looking for). Every property he showed me was more suitable for me than the previous one. I'm pretty sure he could show me a lot of properties in a very short time with help of his colleagues, which tells me how good the branch is. Thanks a lot Andre, and next time I look for a property I'll make sure to talk to you and work with Thorgills first!

I have been pleased with the service I have received from Thorgills over the last year, and have always received prompt, helpful responses from Chantelle and other members of the Brentford office. If there was an area for Thorgills to focus on, it would be around the tracking of their contractor's work and timely billing for additional works, which have once or twice become a little confused. But what is clear is that when issues do arise, Thorgills will always do their best to get it resolved!

Alice has worked with us to handle the admin for the rental of our property. She has done this quickly and efficiently, and Thorgills have taken just 4 weeks from appointing them to having a tenant move in. The only item we were unhappy about was the quality of the cleaning. We raised this with Alice and she addressed it to our satisfaction within 24 hours, which is a level of responsiveness that is hard to beat. In all respects we have been very pleased with the service Thorgills have provided, and would recommend them to both landlords and tenants. Andrew W

Thorgills is simply speaking the best. I have been working with other agents, potentially more 'famous' on the High Street, where agent turnover was so frequent that I ended up changing point of contact multiple times within the same year, or not knowing anymore who I should spek to. Thorgills feels like a family or a business partner, always welcoming you and your questions, and being very approachable. On the top of that, fees are maintained at a competitive level, making it a good balance between cost and quality.
