GoogleI have not received my holding deposit after the landlord's decision not to rent the property just on the day of signing the contract. I have been requesting the release of my holding deposit from this agency for over three weeks now. They simply ignore returning my phone calls and responding to my emails. Very unpleasant experience.

The viewings was booked for today and the agent(Ryan)from Brentford branch called me 10 minutes before the viewings and told us that the property is no longer available. I cancelled my work shift today just to view this property and very very disappointed so not being honest and straightforward.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleThorgills have been super helpful towards us, particularly Kat Felton in the property management department. Responses from Kat are very quick and attends to everything mentioned. As tenants we have to go through Kat with any issues and she is always more than willing to help and very kind in doing so. Would definitely recommend!
