Regan was extremely helpful from the outset, from showing us round to organising a meeting with the landlord. He always maintained contact and kept us up to date. He was always polite and very well mannered. If you are thinking of using Thorgills, I would ask for Regan as you won’t get a better person to deal with.

GoogleHave had mixed experience with Thorgills over a couple of lets but on the whole they've been just about okay. Haffeeza has been a stand out contact, though, who's gone above and beyond to help us out with the complex processes of renting and is a great asset to the team.

Leon was very well prepared for the round of viewings, knowing our requirements and based upon that put a tour with selection of apartments that suited our needs. He was very professional and friendly, great communicator. On that particular day we saw 7 different agents and Leon was by far the best one.

Having been a landlord for many years I have had the very incompetent property managers however Louis has proven to be the complete opposite. Extremely helpful, patient and always in contact! Would recommend his services

GoogleI'm a tenant. As representatives of the landlord they do a good job making sure issues are addressed. Most recently Abbie Lomo Dash helped us with a washing machine that packed up. A brand new one was installed promptly. You can't ask for more.
