I'm currently selling my house in Bitterne with Charles Carr and they have provided excellent service to date. I decided to sell through them as sole agents as they had much better local knowledge compared to other agents who visited to give valuations. The process so far has been stress free and I would have no hesitation in recommending them

The staff here are a friendly team who work well together. The fine line between being our estate agent and the sellers agent was appropriately walked with knowledge support and professionalism. We have had boundary issues so the sell has been protracted over months and yet we have had a consistent high standard of service. Thank you really pleased.

GoogleI have had a very bad experience with this estate agents. I have had lots of problems in my flat. They were never sorted. The team never get back to you. They always take the wrong amount of rent. Steer clear do not rent or buy from this estate agents
