From the moment I contacted Charlotte I knew that she was the agent to sell my property. After my initial email enquiry she asked lots of questions about the house and had thoroughly researched the local market before arriving for a valuation. She was also the only agent out of six to arrive with an information pack for me. She was warm, friendly and enthusiastic about the house and I instantly knew that potential buyers would also get this level of service - I believe that people buy from people so I had complete confidence in her ability to sell. Charlotte has worked hard on getting the brochure presentation 'just right' so that the features of the house are shown in their best light. As a seller this process has been seamless as all of my enquiries and comments have been responded to, efficiently, by email or call. My property is almost ready to launch and I have no doubt that the work that Charlotte and the team have undertaken so far will give it the best possible chance of a speedy sale. Highly recommend based on my experience so far!

GoogleI chose Martin & Co as my letting agent for my rental portfolio as I was moving away from the southwest so I needed agents to take care of every aspect of letting. Brian and his team have managed my portfolio with professionalism and have always found good tenants, and provided an excellent fully managed service. I have also successfully sold part of my portfolio remotely, with Gaye making sure these sales went through as smoothly as possible. Some of these sales were delayed and problematic, and I am very grateful to Gaye for remaining calm and regularly chasing up solicitors, and helping wherever necessary! Top marks to Martin & Co and I look forward to many years of stress free letting!

GoogleI was a buyer for a flat, I was looked after by Gaye. Gaye went above and beyond to answer any questions, find out any information on my behalf or to show me the property for a second and third time. She showed infinite patience in a rather convoluted situation and I admired her professionalism and kind tone through out, Gaye would often check In to keep the ball rolling and it always helped the communication between all parties.
