I have been dealing with Martin and Co for over a decade for the letting of a flat in Bath. The service has been professional and friendly most of the time, depending on staff. Ayla Quinton has been particularly good and I enjoy dealing with her. I have appreciated her responsiveness and efficiency, and her ability to deal with situations in a way that is satisfactory both for the landlord and the tenants.

Bebe and Gaye

I’ve used Martin & Co several times, and have found them to be professional, diligent, knowledgeable and straightforward. Gaye has always been super-helpful and offered good advice, and on this most recent letting assigned Bebe onto the tenant find. Bebe was great, always quick to respond and help, and listened and acted accordingly. If she didn’t know, she went and found out, and got back quickly. On this let, it went in a new direction for everyone, and both Bebe and Gaye were really supportive and practical. Delighted with the service I’ve had.

I cannot the staff at Martin&co highly enough. Caroline has been a constant support in letting our property and helping us with any issues. Her knowledge, experience of letting property and understanding cannot be faulted. I would highly recommend.
