Lovely welcome

We've not let through Martin&Co before but have let through various other agents in Bath and Bebe was really helpful and honest with us from the start. We're in a tough situation with a time critical move and she's really helping us figure out what's realistic for us. She's made it all a smooth experience so far and I really hope we end up renting with them as she's already made us feel really comfortable about it which is helping alleviate a lot of stress.

Amazing!

Amazing customer care

I have been searching for a family let on behalf of my daughter who is returning from abroad so I have contacted every estate agent in the Bath area as there is such a shortage of properties. Sarah stood out as the one person I felt was really going to help me, not the standard “ sorry nothing available “ She came across as genuine and professional, explained the situation kindly but honestly, she told me she wouldn’t forget me and she didn’t ! Although I eventually found a property through another agency , I wish it had been through Martin and co because I know that it would have been a pleasure to carry on the process with Sarah.
