GoogleThe Bath team are absolutely wonderful. They were very helpful and genuine. They took time to answer any questions I had and gave me good advice on my situation (For Renting). They went above and beyond what they needed to do, everyone I talked to was lovely and seemed to be happy in their job (unlike a lot of other big name estate agents I had contact with). They are welcoming on the phone and after looking at one of their tendency agreements, they have some of the best, no worrying clauses or hidden nasties.

GoogleTreated very badly by M&Co - First Student house experience and they failed to have the house habitable by the time we moved in. There was a smashed window which they hadn’t fixed, there was mould everywhere and slugs and slug trails all over the carpets, the drains were blocked and the garden was extremely overgrown. We decided to drop the tenancy with them and they refused anything was wrong and would not give us a months rent back for the month they spent fixing all of these problems. After leaving the tennancy we were given no money back as compensation and never received any apologies.

Immediately after your initial complaint I went to the property and I didn't notice a broken window and the property was in good order. Despite that we did almost everything you asked of us in 1-week and you still didn't want to continue the tenancy, so we released you from your contract and almost immediately refunded your deposit. I honestly do not know what more we could have done.

I have to concur with the recent post by @Steve B in August. Absolutely the worst rental experience we have ever encountered culminating in, after a period of 2 years of threatening Section 21, (often dangled when maintenance was required) our having to move out and leave our home city. Neglectful to the point of almost being illegal and dangerous in terms of maintenance, and more than happy to comply with a ruthless landlord's barely legal wishes.
