GoogleSold my house through Romans and they were brilliant. Even though it was a part exchange sale they made us feel at ease. GoogleI have had a fantastic service as a buyer through the sales team at Romans in Basingstoke. Very responsive to my phone calls and emails and always kept me informed as to how the purchase progressed. The in-branch sales team are courteous and friendly and the after sales/sales progression staff very responsive. Would have no hesitation recommending Romans in Basingstoke to my friends/family.

Googlewe recently used romans estate agents to buy a property in basingstoke.It was a very difficult purchase with chains breaking down and poor soiicitors and my son, the buyer being away on R.A.F. buisiness.Romans were exellent ,and in particular a gentleman named Ged Egan....who held the whole thing together.....thanks Romans.....and thanks Ged

GoogleI understand the agencies mainly work for the landlords. Still I was surprised by their lack of professionalism. This is what happened. Romans commissioned a change of the postbox lock for our neighbors and, by mistake, mine was replaced. They have not contacted me to explain what had happened and did not reply to my mail. Moreover they are keeping a spare copy of my postbox.

GoogleZero stars if it were possible!! Very negligent, money grabbing company. Currently renting a property that doesn't meet legal criteria to let, doors and windows that don't open, lack of fire escape routes, no carbon monoxide detector, can't hear the house properly, kitchen sink collapsing, fixtures are in tatters or do not work. Utterly disgusting. Human morals over shadowed by hitting targets!
