Ensure that you check your chain constantly as they will not do it and if there are any problems they will not let you know! GoogleThe Service going into the property was fine and indeed was professional, however despite using Romans own recommendation for cleaning service upon leaving there were considerable issues the resulted in me being charged over £200 for what I felt was Romans failing. On top of that discrepancies in the rental that existed on entry were levied at me as the tenant. Beware, raise every issue upon entry to Romans with photographs.
