GoogleI've been calling the office several times for couple of days to arrange a viewing. Each time I was told someone will call me- no one did. I went to the office, staff assured me that someone will get in touch with me- no one did. Update- I had a call from a manager after posting this feedback so I'm adding another star.

GoogleContacted Your Move for a valuation on property and Gordon visited me at home. All covid regulations followed and Gordon's knowledge and expertise shone through. He recommend I speak with Liam (The adviser for the Falkirk branch) and yet again the service was exceptional. Highly recommend Your Move for any home enquiries you may have.

GoogleAfter initially receiving a poor valuation and advice from a Linlithgow agent when selling a property in Bo'ness, we approached Your Move in Falkirk. Best thing we ever did. Marion and her team were very upbeat and positive from the initial consultation through to the final offer for sale. Can't recommend the service that we received highly enough.

Our property was put on the market without delay and let within just over a week so think that, in itself, speaks volumes. Won't hesitate to use both Your Move and Leona again in the future.

GoogleI had a great experience with this agency. Especially with the agent Callum Lancaster, who was very courteous and attentive to inform me during the different parts of the rental process. A great professional in the city of Edinburgh, other agencies should follow suit and train their agents in the same way.

GoogleI spoke with four different estate agents for the sale of my flat. Your move were the friendliest and most professional who visited. “Maya” was not pushy in any way and made it seem like it very much my choice who to pick. The team were responsive throughout the same process and always up for a chat when I popped in. The fee was cheaper than other estate agents and reasonable. Highly recommend.

A fantastic experience with Maya who was dealing with my case. She is always helpful and responsive, gave me a lot of help during the process.
