GoogleI have had to change my rating from a 5 star to a 3 star. The service has dropped significantly over the last 6 months or so. The local branch staff are excellent hence still 3 stars however, they are let down severely by the parent company Bathgate Lettings who deal with the maintenance of the property. They are failing both their landlords and tenants. The time has come to look for a new letting agent.

He was very quick to respond to any queries and he managed to find me new tenants within 24 hours of the property going live. The company also has very good measures in place to ensure everyone’s safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. I would highly recommend their services and I will definitely use them again in future.
