GoogleReally happy with the service from start to finish. I was nervous about the process but Jodi and Morven put me at ease from the first contact. They managed the viewings for me and secured me a number of great offers. They helped set me up for my future in my new home. I’d recommend them every time.

GoogleI sold my flat through Your Move and they were brilliant. I first spoke to Jodi who really went out her way for me answering any questions I had. Then I had massive help from Morven who made the whole process really easy. I end up buying my house through Your Move too which was an extra bonus. Liam in their mortgage department went above and beyond for me, I can not thank him enough. Nothing was any hassle! I spoke to a few different estate agents and I am so glad I stuck with my gut and went with your move they are honestly the best you can go with.

GoogleWe bought and sold our houses with Your Move Falkirk. Working alongside Jodi to sell our home was really easy. She talked us through the process step by step and was able to guide us in making the best decisions. Through her knowledge of the current housing market, she was able to get us the best price for our home. Morven and Matthew supported us in buying our new home. They acted as a go-between with us and the sellers and were able to answer any questions we had. All staff at Your Move Falkirk were available and approachable, they responded quickly to emails and calls. Our only negative experience, was through one of the recommended solicitors. They were very slow to act and delayed missives being signed, meaning things happened very late on moving day. However, the staff at Your Move Falkirk worked to help resolve the situation and move things along.

GoogleThis company is not regulated like solicitor . We had an offer accepted and confirmed they asked us for legal offer via solicitor. We arranged and paid then they said client wanted to allow other offers. We had agreed put property ' under offer' so were taken aback when they called and said was going to ' closing date'. Solicitor would not have allowed this ethically and would withdraw property off sales portfolio. Worst type of 'unregulated' ' estate agent' no ethics. Manager doesn't have any concerns about allowing this to happen. In short if you place any trust in this company to deal for you beware.... Not working under same legal framework as your solicitor would so dont have you as a buyer or seller to be answerable to. Gazumped in Scotland because no ethics swerve!!!.

GoogleWe recently bought a house that was up with Your Move Montrose. From booking the viewing to receiving the keys it was such a smooth and easy process. Catherine was always quick to respond to emails/phone calls and was always very helpful. Also received a lovely card and goodie box when we moved in which was a lovely touch😊

From great professional photos to proper advertising on all the major websites to people they already had on their books who might be interested. GoogleCould not be more impressed with the service provided. Everything was done promptly and efficiently from the word go at the initial house valuation. House was put on the market and within a couple of hours I had three viewings booked for the following day which then became two offers on the house so sold within a day. Very friendly and helpful staff, Catherine was always on the other end of the phone if I had any questions and was happy to support the process. Fantastic REAL estate agents who will actually sell the house not just get it onto the market!

GoogleYour Move Montrose, Stephen and the team really bring a personal touch to what they do.. We sadly had to sell our grandparents home that has been in our family since childhood - built from scratch - it could have been a traumatic experience however they made everything very straightforward. They really did provide a professional bespoke service going above and beyond, they got us the best price for our home and took to do with absolutely everything. They are the most professional, personable ethical, locally respected estate agent in the heart of Montrose and myself and my family will always be thankful for the way they helped us as this sad time Thank you again and keep doing what you do!!
